Tasting Notes
This Chardonnay has a golden hue with aromas of apples that mingle with toasted oak, peach, coconut and pineapple. The delicate flavors of creme brulee and vanilla bean are complemented by key lime, white peach and butterscotch in a medium-bodied mouth feel.
Vineyard Notes
66% of the grapes for Diora Chardonnay come from our San Bernabe Vineyard in Monterey County and develops more apple and tropical characteristics. The rest were sourced from the Santa Lucia Highlands which is a cooler area and provides more citrusy characteristics.
Pairings
Pairs beautifully with lobster dipped in drawn butter or lightly sauteed scallops.
