As its name implies, Diora Sparkling Brut is pale gold in color with many fine bubbles that rise gracefully in the glass. Aromas of white flowers, crisp green apples and citrus fruit lead to a creamy, smooth finish.
After primary fermentation, the wine is ready to go into its permanent home: the bottle. After adding the yeast/sugar mixture, the bottles are capped to allow the secondary fermentation to begin.
Pop the cork on a day to celebrate! Serve with classic shrimp ceviche and finish with a rustic fruit galette.
