Beginning with the naturally pale pink hue of Diora Rose, inhale the aromas of fresh cherries, ripe strawberries and notes of raspberry which carry through to the palate with vibrant acidity and an elegant mouthfeel.
Winemaker Notes
A small amount of Grenache was blended to lift the strawberry notes and a touch of Chenin Blanc was added to bring a floral fragrance.
Pairings
La Belle Fete means “beautiful party” and this Rose will add a special touch to any occasion. Continuing the French theme, pair with Salade Nicoise, shrimp quiche or fish Meuniere.
