Description
Tasting Notes
This Provence-style dry Rose showcases a bright bouquet of raspberry, watermelon and Meyer lemon. Medium-bodied with a rich mid-palate, this wine begins with flavors of grapefruit, strawberry then cherry, culminating in a fresh, creamy finish.
Vineyard Notes
Grown in windy valleys along California’s Central Coast, 515 Rose is composed of Grenache layered with Syrah and other aromatic varieties.
Pairings
Most cheese dishes pair well with a dry Rose. It has the acidity of a white wine and the fruit character of a red. Try an open-faced sandwich of asparagus, prosciutto and several layers of melted cheese or rosemary flatbread topped with bleu cheese, grapes and honey.
