Membership Policy

I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive Wine Club releases
from Delicato Family Wines on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis
throughout the year.

I agree that Delicato Family Wines will automatically charge my credit
card for each release. Club wines are released 6 times per year at
approximately $40 per release for Caterina members and 4 times per
year, at approximately $90 per release for Gaspare members, (plus sales
tax and shipping costs, if applicable). The actual amount charged will
vary depending upon the selection of wines contained in each release.

MINIMUM PURCHASE OBLIGATION: By joining Vino della Famiglia
Wine Club, I understand that I am committing to pay for and receive
at least one Wine Release and that I may cancel or pause once my
commitment has been met.
I understand by becoming a member, I am opting into marketing
emails from Delicato Family Wines, including affiliated wineries and
businesses. I agree that I have read and understand Delicato Family
Wines’ Privacy Policy.

It is my obligation to notify Delicato Family Wines in writing of any
address changes at least 48 hours before the Wine Release is processed.
Delicato Family Wines will not be responsible for shipping charges
incurred due to misdirected packages.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: Membership is ongoing and
continuous until cancelled in writing at any time after the receipt of
the initial release. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
to: wineclub@delicato.com , or by mail: 12001 South Highway 99,
Manteca CA 95336 and received by Delicato Family Wines at least 48
hours prior to processing the current release.

Benefits, privileges, terms, and conditions of membership are subject
to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at
the sole discretion of Delicato Family Wines.

Wine memberships are available to residents of following states: AZ,
CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND,
NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK,OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV,
& DC. Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales
tax. Void where prohibited by law.
