Membership Policy

I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive Wine Club releases from Delicato Family Wines on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis throughout the year.

I authorize that Delicato Family Wines will automatically charge my credit card for each release. Club wines are released 6 times per year at approximately $40 per release for Caterina members and 4 times per year, at approximately $90 per release for Gaspare members, (plus sales tax, CRV and shipping costs, if applicable). The actual amount charged will vary depending upon the selection of wines contained in each release.

MINIMUM PURCHASE OBLIGATION: By joining Delicato’s Wine Club, I understand that I am committing to pay for and receive at least one Wine Club Release and that I may cancel or pause once my commitment has been met.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: Membership is ongoing and continuous until cancelled in writing at any time after the receipt of the initial release. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to: wineclub@delicato.com and received by Delicato Family Wines at least 48 hours prior to processing the current release.

Benefits, privileges, terms, and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of Delicato Family Wines.

It is my obligation to notify Delicato Family Wines of any address changes at least 48 hours before the Wine Release is processed. Delicato Family Wines will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.

Each Wine Club Release will be available for pick-up or shipping up to six months after the purchase date. After which the wine will be considered abandoned for the company to dispose of as it deems appropriate. Please contact the company as soon as possible if you no longer want your order, to request a refund

Wine memberships are available to residents of following states:

AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK,OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, & WV

Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
