Thank you for thinking of Delicato Family Wines for your fundraising efforts. We are committed to supporting our communities and value the opportunity to continue this mission.

Please review our Terms and Conditions for making wine donations. If you accept these terms, please complete all fields below and submit the form for your request to be considered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting a donation request, you understand the following:

• The request must be made on behalf of a non-profit or charitable organization as recognized by the IRS.
• The request must be in connection with public service or fundraising activities.
• The organization and event must operate and support activities aligned with the policies of our company.
• Organizations and events must operate within the parameters of all applicable laws.
• Advanced notice of a minimum of 30 days is required.
• You may be required to submit a copy of your special event or daily liquor permit issued by your state alcohol beverage control board prior to receiving a wine donation for serving or sale.
• Unless expressly permitted and approved by us, all donations are required to be picked up at the winery by an authorized party from the organization who is age 21 or older.
• No use of our intellectual property, including name or logo, is permitted without our express prior consent.
• We reserve the right to make all determinations regarding organizations and events that we support.
• Our guidelines can be modified at any time. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or revoke charitable giving at any time. We reserve the right to deviate from these guidelines at our sole discretion.
